VICE Comedy Club Opens in Tomas Morato

(SPOT.ph) The cultural impact Vice Ganda has on Filipino humor is undeniable, so it’s highly fitting that this celebrated entertainer would be behind the newest comedy bar in Metro Manila.
Totoo ang chismis! His latest venture has come to life with the opening of VICE Comedy Club in Tomas Morato, which is a tribute to his humble beginnings as a stand-up comedian before being swept in the whirlwind success of It's Showtime.
Door charge is reasonably priced at P250 to P350—depending on the line-up for the night—which includes one free drink. To get a good seat (or even get in at all), it’s best to arrive early as the club operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are not allowed.
The club is open daily from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. at 7 Scout Albano, Barangay South Triangle, Quezon City, which is conveniently near the Pinoy Big Brother House and the ABS-CBN building. Note that the club is only for people 18 and above.

Food, drinks, and performances at VICE Comedy Club
In its first week, VICE Comedy Club has seen long lines, with patrons recommending first-timers to arrive as early as 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. to secure a seat. For those using the Angkas app to get there, a 50% discount is available this month with the promo code “VICE.”
The club features a rotating lineup of some of the best comedians and performers in the country like MC Muah, Negi, Chad Kinis, and Divine. Expect a mix of singing, drag, drama, and comedy!
If you’re lucky, you might even spot Vice Ganda within the premises.
The interior is a blend of modern design and neon lighting, with colorful eye-catching murals from artist JP Pining. Patrons are treated to a well-organized seating arrangement with clear views of the stage. Near the front, semi-circular booths with cushioned seating offer a cozy setting for smaller groups.
All that laughing is bound to make you hungry. Fortunately, the menu has a little bit of everything, from bar chows to pizza and pasta to dessert to silog meals. The food is best for sharing, with the prices ranging from P250 to P700. Classic cocktails are relatively affordable at P190, while non-alcoholic drinkers can enjoy a selection of fresh juices.
Whether you’re there for the laughs, the food, or just to catch a glimpse of Vice Ganda himself, this new hotspot in Tomas Morato is the place to be for a fun night out.
