Lauv Randomly Performing at a Jollibee Is a Whole Vibe
Imagine just eating at Jollibee and Lauv takes over the mic.
(SPOT.ph) Let's set the scene. You're sitting at a Jollibee, mindlessly munching away on your favorite stress-eating meal (Chickenjoy thigh part and spaghetti) when Lauv comes on the speakers. Cool, you think, jamming along, when suddenly you realize—that's the real Lauv crooning into the mic, in a Jollibee. Wait, what?

Lauv randomly performing at a Jollibee really happened
That's exactly what happened recently. In a short video shared by the American singer-songwriter on both Instagram and TikTok, you can spot him entering a Jollibee and then somehow ending up taking over the mic behind the counter that they usually use to announce orders.
It started out with a picture beside the good ol' Jollibee mascot, but who can say no to the aromas coming from the fast-food chain? Not Lauv, that's for sure. They went in looking for some grub after a photoshoot and ended up chatting with the Jollibee team, and yup, with Lauv holding one heck of a "private" performance for the folks dining in at the time.

"We asked if I could sing them a lil song backstage hehe," it said in the video. "I cant believe they let me do this. NGL I was kinda nervous." The artist capped off the vid with an obligatory monch on a crispy ChickenJoy smothered in gravy, and a "I want to stay here FOREVER." Hey, if Lauv is performing, we wouldn't mind staying at a Jollibee indefinitely, too.
Lauv performed at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on September 11 and at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu on September 9, as part of "The Between Albums Tour." He was last in the Philippines in May 2019 for his first solo concert here.
