Reasons to watch: While the 2010 movies based on the Rick Riordan novels gave us fond memories of Logan Lerman and Alexandra Daddario, it left fans of the novels disappointed by how (not) true they were to the original source material. Now, over ten years later, Disney Plus is giving the series new life. This time, it promises to stay true to the novels (please) and include more details about the world of demigods and Greek mythology. Catch youngins Walker Scobell, Leah Jeffries, and Aryan Simhadri take their shot as the trio of Percy, Annabeth, and Grover in the serial Disney adaptation. Here's to hoping we get past book two in this version.
