Cinemalaya 2024: Film Line-Up, Schedule + More
Catch the film festival from August 2 to 11.
(SPOT.ph) When you think of local film festivals, Cinemalaya is quick to come up, with its robust catalog of compelling films that reflect the Filipino experience. Now on its 20th year of uplifting both upcoming and veteran local filmmakers and making Filipino cinema more accessible to viewers, Cinemalaya promises another solid lineup of moving pictures that are worth the watch.
The 10-day festival runs from August 2 to 11 this year. Since the Cultural Center of the Philippines Main Building is undergoing rehabilitation, the Cultural Center of the Philippines and the Cinemalaya Foundation, Inc. are bringing the feast to Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
Cinemalaya films in competition and exhibitions will be screened at Cinema 2, Cinema 8, Cinema 9, and Cinema 10. Prices are schedules are to follow, so bookmark this story for updates as the festival nears.
