(SPOT.ph) There are places where you can catch movies. And there are places where you can have drinks. Now, there's a place where you can do both. The newly opened The Boozy Bar, located on the third floor of Uptown Mall in Uptown Bonifacio lets you enjoy your favorite cocktails while watching the latest blockbuster. Starting December 13, the cocktail bar will open at Uptown Cinemas from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m.—that means you can have that nightcap while catching the last full show.
You can order beer, wine, and cocktails and bring it to your cinema. Their Bar Cocktails—all at P150 each—include the Angelina (a pink gin and tonic), the Audrey (a classic gin and tonic), the J. Lo (a lime gin and tonic), and the Brad (a dark and stormy that has ginger beer and dark rum). There are also special drinks that are inspired by different movies.
From December until January 19, 2019, they're serving Aquaman-inspired cocktails like the Deep Ocean and Sea Foa (both are at P125 each). But if you're watching at the Ultra Cinema, you can order your drinks then the butlers will deliver them right to your seat!
If you're still looking to buy a few more glasses (or bottles—we don't judge), you can also go to the e-bar and place your order on Boozy.ph. The drinks will be on your doorstep before you even get home from your screening. (Just as long as you live in Manila!)
So, it looks like it's time to finally plan that movie date—no need to look for a place for drinks, either.
