John Lloyd Cruz Is Finally Back With a New Commercial

(SPOT.ph) After teasing fans with photos and stills of him hinting at an endorsement deal, John Lloyd Cruz is finally back in the spotlight. Or at least, he’s back for a brand-new commercial. Even his co-stars and real-life friends Piolo Pascual and Bea Alonzo have hinted at his comeback—and it’s finally here.

In the video called Ang Nagbabalik, a laidback-looking Cruz is seen traveling around the Philippines with nothing but a backpack. There are no lines or slogans here—just him making his way around the country before stopping to take a bite out of a snack (which is, of course, a shawarma). The video then turns black then says, “Ang nagbabalik...ang na-miss nating lahat. At may kasamang bagong kapamilya.” We see what you did there!
