(SPOT.ph) Filipinos are known internationally for killer vocal chops, so it's not surprising at all that there are some singers who get tapped for collaborations. Recently, Keiko Necesario's cover of "Both Sides Now" was used in a British drama. This time around, singer Reneé Dominique's silky voice can be heard in Michael Kors' latest perfume ad.
The ad features model Gigi Hadid having a grand time at the beach as she carries a large bottle of Michael Kors' Wonderlust perfume. Reneé Dominique's mellow, ukulele-driven version of Robbie Williams' "Beyond The Sea" plays in the background.
The singer took to Twitter to express her excitement over the collaboration, which she kept under wraps for a while.
Reneé Dominique is not new to working with foreign artists (she recently collaborated with Jason Mraz). She also landed in a Samsung Christmas ad in 2018, where she covers Keane's "Somewhere Only We Know."
