(SPOT.ph) Actress Angel Locsin stayed true to her name—once again—and spread some good vibes for #ThrowbackThursday. She posted a set of the cutest pictures from a pageant she joined as a kid on her Facebook page on July 16. Who knew Darna could look so adorable in a floofy, white, cloud-like dress?
Even when covered head to toe in prime '90s ruffles, the young Locsin still managed to look regal. The pictures look to be from an elementary school pageant. And judging by the amount of ribbons she ended up wearing, it's safe to say Locsin has been winning since forever. Plus, we're not quite sure who the Little Miss Charming is beside her, but imagine how shocked she would be if she sees these pics now!
Locsin may not be as active in showbiz as she used to be, but she's been using her star power for good since the quarantine period started. She was spotted gave sleeping tents for health workers—air-conditioned facilities, to boot—in Taguig City in March, and called for blood donations for cancer patients in June. Locsin recently made headlines as well when pictures of her enjoying life prompted folks to push for the same body positivity she was clearly enjoying.
