(SPOT.ph) Bridgetowne's rapid ascent as a premiere urban destination owes much to its standout developments: there's Opus Mall, Haraya Residences, and of course, The Velaris Residences.
It’s easy to think of The Velaris Residences as just another addition to the skyline—a modern luxury condominium catering to Metro Manila's elite with its impressive facades, expansive glass windows, and interiors boasting high ceilings. But step inside and the predictability ends with the sheer number of amenities it has to offer. We're talking Japanese sentos, wine galleries, and treetop playgrounds.
SPOT.ph had the chance to take a sneak peek into the nearly sold-out North Tower, where just a handful of one-bedroom units remain as of this writing.

What to know about The Velaris Residences
The Velaris Residences is a P5.6 billion luxury condominium developed as a joint venture between Robinsons Land Corporation and Hongkong Land in the wake of the pandemic.
The three towers overlook Marikina to the north, Pasig to the south, Rizal to the east, and Quezon City to the west, making it highly accessible to any point in Metro Manila.
The North Tower has 247 units spread across 40 floors, offering a range from cozy one-bedrooms (77 square meters) to sprawling four-bedrooms (274.5 sqm square meters). The penthouse suites and townhouse suites are even more massive with a maximum of 703.5 square meters.
Private lifts are also available for two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and penthouse units, so there’s no need to traverse the lobby. Yes, that's a 2:1 unit-to-elevator ratio.
What's unique about the building is that it is not constructed in a straight vertical line. Its exterior adopts a unique architectural concept called the floating box, where the upper section looks like it is hovering over its base. This design allows for larger, uninterrupted spaces in communal areas below, such as gardens and lounges, providing residents with open, airy environments that contrast with the dense urban surroundings.
The living experience is further elevated with the integration of smart home features in every unit. Residents can enjoy digital door locks equipped with biometric fingerprint scanning, PIN codes, and RFID access for security and smart lighting and air-conditioning systems that can be controlled remotely for convenience.
The Velaris Residences also enhances the work-from-home arrangement with office pods and creative studios, where residents can go to be more productive.
Amenities at The Velaris Residences
Here, the lifestyle options are the ultimate form of luxury. The Velaris Residences promises “an extensive line-up of amenities, never before seen in urban property developments in the Philippines.” That it did across several floors.
You'll find an indoor and outdoor Japanese sento, an Olympic-length infinity pool, a sculpture garden, a lifestyle gym with a dance studio and cycling studio, a wet and dry sauna, a badminton and pickleball court, a golf simulator studio, a treetop playground, and camping grounds.
Simply put, there's a little something for everyone.
The Velaris Residences puts five-star hotel amenities to shame.
Last but definitely not least is the Velaris SkyClub on the top floor of the building. It has a private theater, game room, wine gallery, cigar room, and casual and gourmet dining areas.
Clearly the future residents of this place won't just be living here, but living it up.
