(SPOT.ph) Coming from a generation that saw the rise of the Internet in their formative years, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto is no stranger to the power of social media especially if you use it for good. His online platforms contain important announcements to his constituents, quick Q&As with the city residents, and updates about his administration's projects. Sometimes, he finds time to tweet about other things: when he threw shade about a mañanita, that time when he hung out with a life-sized "panda," or when he jokingly warned someone to never call him "babe mayor" again. And even before he took over leading Pasig, his Twitter was already a treasure trove of LOLs.
