Fingers crossed we see them again when the times are better!
(SPOT.ph) Another Metro Manila hangout spot has announced its closure. "It was [six] years ago [when six] friends had a vision of spreading our love of gaming," they wrote on Facebook. "In the beginning, our friends and relatives thought our dreams were foolish, but we did it anyway." And it definitely turned out for the better as Ludo became the place where the friends—Aaron Tanco, Carlos Sandico, Chrissy Palma, Jay V. Mata, Mario Sandico, and Mark Yfj, according to the post—met people who "shared in our dreams of creating a place where everyone can play tabletop games to their hearts content."
"We’ll be back in a new location when everything is right in the world," they continue. "This is not a 'goodbye', but rather a 'see you again soon.'" The good news is you can still contact them through their website and on Shopee should you wish to buy board games.
Ludo is putting up their old boardgames for sale on Facebook, too! If you see anything you like on the video, you can contact them directly through their profile until today, September 29.
