These Vaccination Centers Are Now Open to All Metro Manila Residents
Walk-ins are still not allowed, but you can register online.
(SPOT.ph) Metro Manila has fully vaccinated 50% of their eligible population against COVID-19, according to Metro Manila Council and Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez on Friday, August 20. He added that more than 70% already have their first dose. In an effort to amp up the vaccination program in the capital, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chair Benhur Abalos encourages local government units within the National Capital Region to open their vaccination centers to all Metro Manila residents.
These places are now implementing the Metro Manila vaccination project called "We Vaxx as One":
The municipality of Pateros on August 21 announced that they're accepting residents from other Metro Manila cities for vaccination. The local government unit is just reminding everyone to register through their vaccination form. All fields already include the various cities.
Mandaluyong City is also allowing all National Capital Region residents to get inoculated in the city's vaccination centers as long as they're registered through Mandavax. Based on the comments of those who have already registered, you can put N/A for place of work. The LGU reminded those interested that it is strictly by appointment. Just wait for the Mandavax call center to text or call you with the location, date, and time of your vaccination schedule.
For additional information, here are the Mandavax hotlines: 0917-17-MANDA, 0917-18-MANDA, 0917-67-MANDA, 0968-609-5406, 0915-497-2946, 0919-524-5715, 8532-5001 local 471-480.
