Friday Finds: This Newbie-Friendly Pull-Up Bar Is Now Just P379

Now, if you want to complete your mini home gym (and finally learn how to do a proper pull-up), you can get a newbie-friendly pull-up bar that you can easily squeeze and attach between your doorframe. Luckily, fitness brand Kemilng is slashing the price off their doorway pull-up bar to only P379 from P1,399 on Lazada and to P398 from P1,249 on Shopee.

One of the difficult things about doing a pull-up (or actually, anything leading up to it) is trying to keep a grip on the bar. But the Kemilng stainless steel pull-up bar is covered with a foam pad that's five millimeters thick for comfort and better hand grip. You can choose from three colors: blue, red, and green.

The pull-up bar is built with a screw to prevent it from rotating when in use, as well as a lock to keep its length secure. It can also carry up to 100 kilograms so you don't have to worry about it getting loose while you're hanging on.

If you want to challenge yourself and try out other routines, pull-ups aren't the only exercise that the bar can help you with. You can also adjust the bar to the proper height so you can stretch your legs, do push-ups, and assisted sit-ups.
