So allow us to direct your attention to a shoe brand—a local one at that!—that carries flattering pairs in classic leather styles with guaranteed comfort to match. Who says you have to sacrifice your aesthetic in order to keep you comfortable for a long day ahead? Everyone, meet Oak.

Local shoe brand Oak will soon be your latest obsession.

Oak has been around for a couple of years and prides itself on creating one-of-a-kind and contemporary pieces made from the highest-quality leather material.

Most of Oak's available designs have a soft padded insole to give you extra comfort even if you're out the entire day. Since they have no physical outpost, the brand recommends that you stick to your usual size when ordering on their website. Should you be a half-sized gal with wide feet, they suggest that you size up for their closed-toe shoes.

Compared to other local brands that offer leather shoes, Oak's prices are within the more affordable price range, with nothing over P3,000. In terms of payment, they have multiple channels: via bank deposits/fund transfers (BDO, BPI, and Metrobank), credit cards, e-wallets GCash and Maya, as well as Cash-on-Delivery method.

Their more classic silhouettes like Meja Caviar (P2,990) can be dressed up with slacks and a white tee, or for a daintier look, a floral dress. Meanwhile, block heels like Calie Rust (P2,690) make for a great statement piece at the office given its brownish-red hue and boxy design. Casual days, on the other hand, would mean a cozy look levelled up with the Naira Blanc (P1,890) sandals. One thing's for sure, regardless of the occasion, you're bound to find something from this brand.
