(SPOT.ph) Imagine this: You're at a work mixer or, heck, even a party where you have the opportunity to rack up phone numbers for whatever purpose you deem fit. You're currently vibing with someone when they suddenly say, "Hey, do you have a business card?". Sheepishly you reply, "Sorry, I don't. But I have Instagram".
While it is the norm to exchange social handles at events, would the person you swapped accounts with actually remember you considering they follow a million and one people? Perhaps it's time to take matters into your own hands and leave a mark, digitally that is. In case you didn't know, digital business cards are a thing you can now easily get your hands on thanks to Tap to Connect PH.

Check out this digital business card from Tap to Connect:
While not exactly a new concept—folks abroad have been using it for a while—using a digital card is still pretty uncommon here in the Philippines. Using Near Field Communications, or NFC tech, you can easily share your information with someone by just tapping the provided card on their mobile phone, and poof, your contact details are now on their list. Think of it as tapping your Beep card as you enter the train station, or perhaps your credit card at a checkout counter—a quick and relatively stress-free process. Plus, you won't have to carry around multiple paper cards, just one cool-looking one.
Basic cards start at P1,200 and come in either white, matte black, hot pink, or a rainbow gradient called Prism. You also have the option to customize the card with your logo and branding with rates starting at P2,500 for the basic hues, while a bamboo card will set you back P3,000. Customized premium carbon cards will cost P4,000, while metal and 24K gold retails for P7,000 and P15,000 respectively.
Ordering is pretty easy as well, just head on to the Tap to Connect website, choose your desired product, and hit the check-out button. Once you receive your card, you just need to activate it then you can customize the info you want to share to your heart's content. You can even switch it up once in a while since everything is done online. Now, you no longer have an excuse to not leave a mark on someone new you meet.
