Each notebook cover features the work of award-winning Filipino cartoonist and illustrator Mauro Malang Santos. Known by the mononym Malang, the late artist was known for working on series such as Kosme the Cop, Chain Gang Charlie, and Beelzebub.
Available in a variety of both vibrant hues and more neutral tones, the notebooks are spring-bound and come with grid-lined paper. All illustrations on the cover are in black ink.
