VIVAIA Opens First Pop-Up Store in the Philippines

(SPOT.ph) While sneakers are all the rage for good reason, certain events in life demand daintier shoes. For people on the lookout for comfy flats, VIVAIA has no doubt made its way to your social media feeds with its pointe-shoe-esque pairs and stylish heels. Skipping the whole try-on process and waiting for shipping might have hindered you from trying it out, so we have good news for you if you've been meaning to score a pair. Celebrity-favorite VIVAIA just opened its first pop-up store in the Philippines carrying its most popular styles.

Here's what to expect at the VIVAIA Philippines Pop-Up Store
Let's cut to the chase. Several of VIVAIA's best-selling styles are available at the pop-up store, including the Square-Toed Margot Mary Jane Flats (P5,980), Almond Toe Tamia Ballet Flats (P5,980), and Pointed-Toe Addison Slingback Heels. The Mary Janes come with a strap that runs across the bridge of your feet, kept in place with a silver buckle so the pair fits snugly. No need to unbuckle, as both the strap and shoe are stretchy.
The regular Ballet Flats are shaped like the Mary Janes, minus the strap. The Addison Heels come with a thin heel that flares at the bottom for extra support along with a buckled slingback strap so the heels don't slip off. What's common among all three—and all VIVAIA pairs actually—is its signature elastic fit. You can easily slip the pairs on and off, plus it molds to your toes and feet.
For the flats, each pair comes with a built-in cushion at the shoe's collar, so it's soft on your Achilles tendon. If you're carrying bandaids to slap at the back of your feet in case they get sore, you might be able to leave them at home this time thanks to the cushion.
VIVAIA also carries bags, with prices starting at P4,860. We also spotted block heels, sneakers for both men and women, along with the Tamia Walker flats, which are equipped with diamond cushioning for a comfier walk on long days.
Shoe fiends might know the brand and are cheering upon its arrival, but if you're new to VIVAIA, just take cues from celebrities Julia Roberts, Katie Holmes, and Scarlett Johansson who have been spotted sporting a pair or two.
What is VIVAIA made from?
Launched in 2020 in the United States, VIVAIA is committed to creating thoughtfully-designed eco-friendly shoes. Apart from keeping things stylish and comfortable, you can wear a VIVAIA pair with intention, as the brand takes sustainability seriously.
VIVAIA collaborates with REPREVE suppliers, a partnership that transforms discarded PET plastic bottles into premium threads that are woven into shoes with the help of advanced 3D knitting technology. The eco-conscious shoes bring comfort and ease of wear without sacrificing the joys of style and dressing up.
And style VIVAIA takes seriously. Though designs at the pop-up are limited, the brand's entire catalog offers about 200 eco-friendly options that don't slack off in the #aesthetic department.
How to visit the VIVAIA Philippines pop-up
The VIVAIA Philippines pop-up is located at Level R2 Bridgeway of Power Plant Mall and will be open until March 31 only. We got the chance to visit on opening day and if the crowds and excitement were anything to go by, you'll have to drop by ASAP to secure your preferred style, and our fingers are crossed they still have your size.
The first 30 customers to purchase a pair on January 5 will also get an exclusive free Dora bow accessory that you can attach to your VIVAIA pair for a little flair.
Fear not if they don't have your size when you drop by. They promise restocks, so you can eventually bring home a pair. But hey, at least you'll finally get to try on the shoes, feel how they fit, and see how it looks with your outfits.
VIVAIA is also looking to open up shop for good, hopefully with more styles, colorways, and in a bigger space. Though the flats are stylish, our fingers are crossed that more heels and boots will be made available for purchase in the future, along with more options for men who want a comfy pair they can wear whenever. No hints yet as to when and wherethe store will be, but we'll update you as soon as we get info!
