VIVAIA Opens Pop-Up in Shangri-La Plaza

(SPOT.ph) We're sure your social media feed is no stranger to American shoe brand VIVAIA. For the longest time, Filipinos were left wondering if the ballet flats and heels were comfy on the foot, until the brand opened its first pop-up in January this year and shoe fiends had the chance to try them on before buying a pair (or several!). The Powerplant Mall pop-up recently finished its run and VIVAIA just opened a new pop-up in Shangri-La Plaza.

VIVAIA opens second pop-up in Shangri-La Plaza

The pop-up is pretty much the same as the one in Powerplant Mall. It still carries the bestselling flats like the Margot Mary Jane, the Margot 2.0, and the Margot Walker, along with heels like the Scarlett and the Addison. Other styles we spotted include the Maria pointed-toe flats with its thick diagonal strap and statement buckle and the V-Tune slip-on sneakers with the unique textured detail on the upper. 

If you're planning to visit, the pop-up is on the first floor right by the entrance and Old Navy. Even though it's been two months since the pairs first made their way to Philippine shores, people are still excited to nab a pair so expect a queue and limited sizes and stock. In case your size is out of stock for a particular style, you can opt to be notified once stocks are available.

Cash and card payments are accepted at the pop-up, with prices in person being a bit cheaper compared to the website. If you're really fixed on getting a pair ASAP, you can try it on at the pop-up and purchase it from the site if you don't mind the price difference and wait time.

No word yet on how long the pop-up will run for, but it's expected to be in Shangri-La until at least the end of April while the brand finds its footing for its next big step.

VIVAIA to open permanent stores soon

We got word that the shoe brand is set to open not one but two permanent physical stores some time in late April or early May in SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City and Glorietta in Makati City. No details on the exact date or location just yet, but trust that we'll keep you updated with the latest info. With more space and more shelves, our fingers are crossed the brand will carry a wider selection of styles along with plenty of stock.
