At Tokyo is located on the ground floor of Estancia Mall in Capitol Commons and it's where you can snag goodies from Japanese brands like Seiko, Waterfront, Legato Largo, Accessories Blossom, Karuizawa and more. The store is also also connected to another Japanese fave: Bag brand Anello—so you can purchase all your kawaii must-haves in one go.
