(SPOT.ph) After weeks of anticipation, Marvel's latest blockbuster film Spider-Man: No Way Home finally premiered in Philippine cinemas on January 8. The hype was very much real as movie fans and comic-book geeks lined up to see the third film in the MCU's Spider-Man franchise. If you're still not over all the film's crazy plot twists (don't worry, no spoilers here), then this new collection from Uniqlo is coming just in time: The Japanese retailer is releasing a Phrases of Marvel UT Collection on January 24!
The New Uniqlo x Marvel UT Collection Is Coming to the PH This January
As the name of the collection suggests, this line of T-shirts and hoodies is all about famous catchphrases and quotes from Marvel films. The collection includes two pieces inspired by Peter Parker, both decked out in red. You can choose between a tee that's got the words "your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man" printed in all caps up front or a comfy hoodie with the same tagline (in a different text style) on the back.
The Phrases of Marvel UT Collection also pays homage to some other beloved Marvel superheroes, one being Black Panther. With the sequel to Ryan Coogler's 2018 box-office hit coming this 2022, it's the perfect time to revive your obsession with Oscar-nominated movie. Uniqlo's got a stylish black hoodie with the words "Wakanda forever" front and center!
No Marvel collection is complete without a reference to Iron Man—the hero that started it all back in 2008—so for the MCU fans who have been there since the start, this relaxed gray tee is for you. Sporting the quote "I am Iron Man" underneath an illustration of Tony Stark's high-tech suit, the T-shirt commemorates the now-classic, perfectly delivered line from Robert Downey Jr. We love it 3,000!
