Metro Manila's Bay City Gets Another Hotel in 2023
Seda Hotels is opening its 12th property.
(SPOT.ph) The Manila Bay Area (a.k.a. Bay City) is home to a number of luxurious hotels, including Okada Manila, Solaire Resort, Nüwa Hotel, Nobu Hotel, and Hyatt Regency Manila. By 2023, this go-to spot is expected to welcome more locals and tourists as another hotel opens: Seda Manila Bay. This is just in time for the homegrown hospitality brand's 10th anniversary.
Seda Manila Bay Hotel Opens in 2023
According to Andrea Mastellone, senior group general manager of the Ayala Land chain, Seda Manila Bay is set to open 350 rooms by the middle of 2023. Like most Seda Hotels properties that are next to Ayala Malls, Seda Manila Bay will be built right next to Ayala Malls Manila Bay, which opened in September 2019.
This is in addition to the expansion of Seda Nuvali with 200 more rooms, giving Seda Hotels an addition of more than 500 rooms to its existing portfolio of 11 properties. By 2024, Seda One Ayala is expected to open at the former site of InterContinental Manila.

At present, Seda Hotels have properties in Bonifacio Global City (Seda BGC), Quezon City (Seda Vertis North), Makati (Seda Residences), Nuvali, Cebu Business Park (Seda Ayala Center Cebu), Cebu IT Park (Seda Central Bloc Cebu), El Nido (Seda Lio), Bacolod (Seda Capitol Central), Iloilo (Seda Atria), Cagayan de Oro (Seda Centrio), and Davao (Seda Abreeza).
