(SPOT.ph) There’s a new car-free space in Makati—and it’s right around the borders of Ayala Triangle Gardens. The Fitness Loop is a pedestrianized lane along Paseo de Roxas, Ayala Avenue, and Makati Avenue where runners, cyclists, and skaters can go on rest days.
This new space around Ayala Triangle Gardens is open every weekend from 7 a.m. on Saturday until 10 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free and open to all—including pets.

What else can you do at Ayala Triangle Gardens?
Looking to unwind after a sweat sesh? Refresh with food and drinks from various merchants at the Makati Street Meet at the car-free Paseo de Roxas. The list of merchants are constantly changing, so there's always something new to try.
Take in the sights or do some people-judging, we mean, people-watching at this sanctuary of trees, flowers, and public art installations. If you’re lucky, you can even catch live music from local buskers and street performers.

You can also expect all sorts of activities scheduled during weekends. For instance, there’s an upcoming whole-day Pawsome Pet Fair at Paseo de Roxas on March 18 and 19.
Yoga classes are also available every 9 a.m. on Saturdays and 4 p.m. on Sundays at the Ayala Triangle Gardens. At P300 per head, Move Well With Jen Non is a vinyasa flow class that promises to be “beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and mental health aware.”
You can check out what’s in store for the next Makati Street Meet through their Facebook event page.
