Release all your frustrations at this rage room in Quezon City:
Located near Banawe, Quezon City, Rage Room QC is a small residential-turned-workshop space where you can vent your frustrations by breaking things. it is open daily from 10 a.m. until 4:45 p.m., which means that for those near the area, after-office or mid-shift destressing here is totally possible.Â

A session at the Rage Room QC requires a reservation which you can do online. There are three packages you can choose from, namely: the "Woke Up & Chose Violence" (P299), "Peace Was Never an Option" (P399), and the "Life is Short Smash Sh*t" (P499). Each package covers varying lengths of stay inside the rage room as well as an increasing number of items that you can break during your session. Should the objects or time not be enough, you can also purchase add-ons for extra rage release.Â

But don't worry, this isn't The Purge. You won't have to hurt someone, and you most certainly will be safe. They take safety precautions for everyone who will take part in the activity. Safety goggles, a suit, gloves, and boots are part of any package you choose to avail.Â
