Luxury Buses to Baguio Are Now Available from NAIA Terminal 3

(SPOT.ph) Good news, travel bugs, getting to and from one of the country's top tourist destinations just got much easier. Solid North Transit now offers a bus route connecting Baguio City and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) - Terminal 3. Just in time for the holiday rush, passengers headed to the City of Pines can skip the PITX transfer bus from NAIA and just board the one directly to Baguio City that stops in NAIA Terminal 3 and vice-versa.

Here's what we know about Solid North's new Terminal 3 to Baguio bus route:

Solid North Transit just announced this new route this week. According to a post on its social media pages "Saan ka man sa mundo, abot-kamay mo na ang Baguio", alluding to the fact passengers can now hop on a bus to the City of Pines after landing at the airport sans the need for transfers to nearby terminals like PITX, Pasay, and Cubao.

The Baguio to NAIA Terminal 3 route and vice-versa is serviced by two types of buses: the Luxury Bus (P950) and the Deluxe Bus (P850). The main difference between these two is that Luxury Buses are 28-seater vehicles that follow a 2x1 seat configuration, while Deluxe Buses can carry more as a 45-seater with 2x2 seats. As you can expect, the Luxury Buses have a more premium vibe not only because of the added legroom but also because its seats are Lazy Boy recliners. 

Both the Luxury and Deluxe buses have a portable toilet on deck that minimizes the need for stopovers. 

An extra feature of the Luxury buses is that they are point-to-point meaning it doesn't stop in the inner cities of Pampanga, Pangasinan, and Tarlac. If your destination is not Baguio, you may want to consider booking Deluxe buses instead to ensure your stop is part of the route.  

How to book Solid North's new bus to Baguio from NAIA 3 and vice-versa:

Passengers can opt to walk in, book in advance at the Pasay, PITIX, or Cubao Solid North bus terminals, or reserve seats online for this route.

Remember that the Baguio-NAIA Terminal 3 and vice-versa routes are serviced by the same buses running the Baguio-PITX and vice-versa routes. This means no buses will be on standby at NAIA Terminal 3. Buses will only be available at the NAIA Terminal 3 bus stop if there are pre-booked passengers boarding or alighting at this stop. Guests are advised to book ahead and specifically indicate on their ticket vouchers that they require pick-up or drop-off at NAIA Terminal 3.
