Sunlight Air Opens Flights From Cebu to Coron, Siargao

(SPOT.ph) Are you the type who goes all out on vacations—the type that would cross off two (or more) destinations on their bucket list in one go? If you want to explore the beach in the south, Sunlight Air has opened six new routes coming from the Queen City of the South, also known as Cebu.

In a Facebook post by Sunlight Air, the boutique airline announced that they will soon open six new routes connecting Cebu to other destinations, namely Manila, Coron, Siargao, Boracay, Iloilo, and Cagayan de Oro. These new routes will gradually be opened in April and July.

New routes slated to open by April 1 are the daily roundtrips from Cebu to Manila, Coron, and Siargao. 

Here are the schedules for each flight from Cebu to Manila, Coron, and Siargao:

• Cebu to Manila (2R 867, price starts at P1,359): 6:30 a.m. to 8:20 a.m.
• Manila to Cebu (2R 868, price starts at P1,214): 9:15 p.m. to 11:05 p.m.
• Cebu to Coron (2R 851, price starts at P2,141): 8:50 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Coron to Cebu (2R 852, price starts at P1,911): 4 p.m. to 5:40 p.m.
• Cebu to Siargao (2R 857, price starts at P1,494): 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Siargao to Cebu (2R 858, price starts at P1,314): 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

By April 30, the airline will fly to Cebu and Boracay and vice versa. These flights are only scheduled on the succeeding Tuesdays and Saturdays:

• Cebu to Boracay (2R 856, price starts at P1,046): 5:50 p.m. to 7:10 p.m.
• Boracay to Cebu (2R 855, price starts at P916): 4 p.m. to 5:20 p.m.

Starting July 1, roundtrip flights from Cebu to Iloilo will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This will be followed by Cebu to Cagayan de Oro on July 2, which will have flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

• Cebu to Iloilo (2R 869, price starts at P948): 6:10 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Iloilo to Cebu (2R 870, price starts at P818): 7:30 p.m. to 8:10 p.m.
• Cebu to Cagayan de Oro (2R 871, price starts at P1,046): 6:10 p.m. to 7:10 p.m.
• Cagayan de Oro to Cebu (2R 870, price starts at P916): 7:40 p.m. to 8:40 p.m.

Sunlight Air is a domestic charter airline. As of writing, they have direct flights from Manila to Cebu, Camiguin, Clark, Siargao, San Vicente, Busuanga, and Naga.
