Here's a closer look at Singapore Airlines' airport lounge at Changi Airport:
In a Facebook post by Changi Airport, they shared the "after photo" of Singapore Airlines First Class Check-In Reception after its renovation. The new lounge has cushioned seats with its own side table, charging ports, and lamp.
There are also dedicated counters to handle multiple passengers at a time and porter services that will help you unload your baggage and assist you as you enter the airport lounge. Other services offered at this lounge include a Passenger Relations Officer who will check in for you and a private entrance leading directly to Immigration from the lounge.
Who can enter the Singapore Airlines First Class Check-In lounge?
Singapore Airlines First Class Check-In is exclusively accessible to passengers flying Singapore Airlines Suites, Singapore Airlines First Class, and KrisFlyer Solitaire PPS Club members only. Once you've alighted the aircraft, there are porter services available at the airport's Departure Hall Door 1, where they can take you to the Singapore Airlines lounge, which is located at Terminal 2.
