Here Are the Christmas Lights + Events in BGC This Holiday Season

(SPOT.ph) BGC is officially ready for the holidays!

The CBD officially welcomed the magic of the holiday season when it lit up its 45-foot Christmas tree at the heart of Bonifacio High Street on Thursday, November 7. But more than just unveiling another tree, BGC fully transformed its vast landscape into a holiday wonderland by setting up 14 different installations to get everyone in the festive spirit. Here's your guide to spotting all the special holiday treats in store for folks in Bonifacio Global City.

Don't miss these sights in BGC this holiday season:

At the center of BGC's holiday decorations is its 45-foot Christmas tree adorned with sparkling lights, ornaments, and giant but cute polar bears. 

Aside from viewing the tree on the outside, guests can also drop in and explore the igloo at the base of the tree. Inside this bright dome is a mirror room, illuminated by lights, creating enchanting reflections that will make any kid or adult stop in awe. Pro tip: ready your cameras. This spot is perfect for holiday photos. 

BGC's 5th Avenue is another great spot if you plan to get in the holiday cheer. Dubbed Magic at the 5th, this visual treat is a multimedia display along 5th Avenue featuring Christmas-themed animated displays on the 3D screens in the area.

But if that's not enough to scare the Grinch out of you, there will also be weekly fireworks shows every Saturday in November and December. See the sky light up in a dazzling display of pyrotechnics that's best viewed along BGC's 5th Avenue.

There is a lot of other must-see Christmas décor scattered along BGC High Street's one-kilometer stretch. If walking around to see them all isn't your cup of tea, you can also choose to ride the High Street Express Train, which will take you on a scenic ride around Bonifacio High Street Central. This way, you get to see all the different lanterns, trees, and Christmassy displays without breaking a sweat.
