(SPOT.ph) Another exciting theme park is added to our long list of entertainment hubs across the globe that's opening this year and the next. At least we have something to look forward to when all this is over.
Sony Pictures Entertainment and Amazon Falls announced on April 7 that they're developing a 14-acre hub in Bangsaray, Thailand, where the world’s first Columbia Pictures theme park will soon rise. Columbia Pictures’ Aquaverse is scheduled to open in October 2021.

It features rides and attractions inspired by some of the most memorable Columbia Pictures movies like Ghostbusters, Jumanji, Bad Boys, Men in Black, Hotel Transylvania, Surf's Up, and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Exciting things to watch for are the Men in Black-themed 12-meter free-fall ride that looks like an alien wormhole, a water coaster with ghost traps from the world of Ghostbusters, and a jungle-themed water slide from the classic flick Jumanji.
