In an announcement by Baguio Tourism on October 26, fully vaccinated individuals can visit Baguio without having to present an RT-PCR or antigen test. Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated minors (from 12 to 17 years old) can join their fully vaccinated parents and guardians as long as they have negative RT-PCR or antigen test taken within 72 hours of arrival.
