Move to the Beat of Your Favorite K-Pop Song at This Free Dance Fest
Spotify K-Pop ON! Dance Fest is happening on October 1 and 8.
(SPOT.ph) Whether you're a BTS or EXO fan, there's something for you in the variety of music offered by what's widely known as K-Pop. And you can dance to the beat of your favorite K-Pop song as Spotify holds a fun-filled dance festival on October 1 at Ayala Central Bloc Cebu and on October 8 at Glorietta 4 Activity Center. The best thing about it? Entrance to the Spotify K-Pop ON! Dance Fest, which is happening from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on a Saturday, is completely free.
How to join the Spotify K-Pop ON! Dance Fest:
- Register through the Google form.
- For pre-registered participants, you can just present your vaccination card at the entrance.
- Walk-ins, on the other hand, will be asked to register on-site through a QR code. Don't forget to bring your vaccination card, too!
- All participants are required to show their Spotify accounts. Don't worry, it doesn't have to be a Premium subscription.
- You will get a merch stub if you follow the K-Pop ON! Playlist through the audio streaming service.
What to expect at the Spotify K-Pop ON! Dance Fest:
For starters, the first 500 attendees will receive fun merchandise. All you have to do is present your stub at the registration area.
You can also join the Random Play Dance Challenge, which is basically dancing to as many songs as you can with fellow K-Pop fans. Awards will be given to the best dancers, fans with the most original choreography, and even the best-dressed participants.
Unleash your K-Pop know-how during the K-Pop Trivia Quiz or the Guess the K-Pop Group. These will happen simultaneously during the Random Play Dance Challenge, so get ready to dance and answer the questions to be flashed onscreen.
Spotify K-Pop ON! Dance Fest is on October 1 at Ayala Central Bloc Cebu, Cebu City, Cebu; and on October 8 at Glorietta 4 Activity Center, Makati City. It runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Entrance is free.
