Unlike most beach resorts, the shores near Stella Maris are dotted not by palm trees but by pine-like trees locally called Agoho. The vibe here is very similar to the same relaxing, not-so-tropical ambiance of Anawangin Cove and Crystal Cove in Zambales. Stay in any of Stella Maris' huts and rooms, but if you're feeling adventurous, you could also just pitch a tent near the beach and get that out-in-the-wild experience. Pro tip: make sure to bring snacks and food for your stay. Unfortunately, this part of Bataan is a bit more remote, and there aren't that many food options in the area. You may want to pack your own food just to be safe.
