Just search up "Nono's," check out the branch nearest you, and add your orders to cart. You should receive a notif informing you about the freebie when your orders hit P1,500 and up, and see it as part of your cart but with the price slashed out (thus indicating it's free of charge).
Note that Nono's only allows limited redemptions daily, and the deal is only valid until January 24—so hop to it!
