On opening day, folks will get a bite of the familiar at three spots: the Lobby Lounge, Sage, and the acclaimed Shang Palace. We're sure you remember the first, what with the lobby's towering centerpiece and the lounge's glass walls overlooking the garden. Sage is the hotel's signature grill restaurant where you can pop in for a post-dinner cocktail, and of course, sate your carnivorous tendencies.
