ROB's
ROB's is the brainchild of famed Filipino Chef Robby Goco, best known for heading Cyma, Green Pastures, and SOUV! by Cyma. You are only partially correct if you think ROB's is simply a play on the famous chef's name. ROB's also stands for Ribs, Oysters, and Bourbon, the star ingredients here. The recipes at ROB's are close to Chef Robby's heart, with most of them having been kept in his records for the past 25 years. Several oyster options are available at ROB's. They have a raw bar that serves several different kinds of uncooked seafood, from Sashimi (P798) to Crab and Shrimp cocktails (P798) and various oyster varieties (starts at P468/3 pieces). If you want a little bit of everything, you could also opt for their Seafood Towers (starts at P1,795), which has everything from shrimps, lobsters, oysters, and other fresh catch.

Fin & Claw
Fin & Claw is Quezon City's newest hotspot for nightlife and bangin' eats. This is the newest venture for Chef Mikael Zaguirre, known for headlining the crowd-favorite restaurant, Locavore. There are lots of different dishes at Fin & Claw, from kinilaw appetizers (starts at P420), oysters (starts at P390), and Crab-onara pasta (P720) to Fried Pig Trotter, a.k.a crispy pata (P1500/ 1.4kg). Despite supposedly being equal parts seafood and meat, at Fin & Claw, the 'fin' takes center stage. Not only do they use the freshest local and imported ingredients to bring the ocean closer to the city, but they also cook and incorporate them into the dishes in inventive ways. Don't believe us? Try their take on Char Siu using Tuna Belly (P1,100), the Salmon, Salmon, Salmon (P1,300), which is a trio of grilled salmon, smoked salmon mousse, and salmon skin chicharron, and their unique take on Cheesecake (P390) that incorporates seaweed in the mix.

Ro's Steak n' Seafood
Located in a repurposed residential home's garage, Ro's Steak n' Seafood is the very definition of a surf and turf shack in the city. It's easy to miss this quaint mom-and-pop shop, but once you try it, there's no forgetting the food here. At Ro's, not only can you get unlimited steak for only P998, there's also the option for unlimited mixed seafood (P1,398) like crabs, mussels, and shrimps cooked in your choice of Sambal, Cajun Boil, Singaporean Chili, or Garlic Butter sauce. Online food connoisseurs would know China Mommy for their take on Chinese and Chinese-Filipino dishes. They have a wide-range of delicacies from the casual Chinese food lover to the hard-core purists, but if there's one line of dishes you should try from this shop, it's their crab dishes. This restaurant in the resort complex is known for its all-day buffet that serves a variety of dishes from sisig, beef bulalo, pizzas, roast beef, and, most importantly, unlimited lobsters. Seasonal Tastes by Westin Manila
Seasonal Tastes is Westin Manila's all-day dining outlet on the hotel's mezzanine, serving an intercontinental lunch and dinner buffet daily. The buffet highlights include soups, salads, a carving station, Asian and pasta specials cooked a la minute, as well as savory and sweet selections. But aside from being your usual hotel buffet, the restaurant serves a seafood dinner buffet every Friday and Saturday for P3,200 per person. This special buffet offering features a delectable spread of seafood specials and fresh selections that you can also request to be prepared with pasta or in several different ways. Chungdam
Korean food enthusiasts would know Chungdam as one of the few restaurants in the Metro that serve other K-eats besides the usual samgyupsal. That being said, a large portion of Korean cuisine relies on bounties of the sea, which is why Chungdam is also a great place to hit up when seafood cravings strike. Try the seafood pancake a.k.a. haemul pajeon, or the jjampong for something familiar. But those willing to go out of their comfort zones can try their different sashimi platters, which range from servings of raw fish like salmon and snapper to more extreme delicacies like elephant mussels, sea squirts, sea cucumbers, and abalone. If you're feeling really extravagant, you can also order an entire Alaskan king crab, which might set you back P9,560/ kg.

Located in a portion of Taguig City outside the busy BGC hub, White House Taguig is a heritage restaurant that serves Pan-Asian delicacies. That being said, there's tons of seafood dishes you can order here, but as an additional option in the area, they also have a separate Japanese Teppanyaki house in their compound. Here you and your guests can have Japanese teppan cooked right in front of you. But this isn't just any teppan resto. They have a wide variety of seafood teppan options (sets start at P2,500) from your usual salmon (P700), squid (P350), and prawns(P600) to more premium proteins like Gindara (black cod) (P1,250), halibut (P1250), and huge imported sea scallops (P1,300).

S Kitchen by Sheraton Manila
S-Kitchen at Sheraton Manila Hotel is the hotel's casual luxury restaurant. It serves international, local, and vegan food created with fresh, local ingredients made better by traditional cooking techniques. Much like any other buffet, they have a whole line-up of fresh seafood, from sashimi to cook-it-any-way-you-want crabs, mussels, and prawns. Occasionally, Mondays are extra special at S Kitchen because of Lobster Mondays, which for just P3,888, guests can have their fill of as much lobster as they can on top of the regular buffet offerings.

TungLok Seafood
TungLok Seafood is a famous Singaporean brand known all across Asia for its take on the Lion City's cuisine. Lucky for us, having a meal at this renowned restaurant doesn't mean flying all the way to Singapore, as we now have our own branch here in S Maison, Pasay. From Chinese appetizers like the Jellyfish Salad, and Crisp-Fried Baby Squid to the crowd-favorites, including the Signature Chili Crab (P3,500/ 2 pieces), Deep-Fried Prawns with Wasabi Mayo Sauce (P900), and the spicy Szechuan Squid (P850), all of TungLok's famous dishes are now ready to sate your hankerings.
