Here’s Your Chance to Try Lobster Xiao Long Bao at Din Tai Fung
Run, don't walk to DTF's Xiaolongbao Day!
(SPOT.ph) For us dim sum lovers, Din Tai Fung’s annual Xiaolongbao Day is practically a national holiday. If you’ve been following this holiday yearly, you probably already know that Din Tai Fung (or DTF, as the cool kids say) usually celebrate with a special deal on the classic xiao long bao flavors on their menu. But this year, DTF has decided to step out of their usual menu, and go global with their new Flavors of Asia Xiaolongbao, only available from November 8 to 15.

Din Tai Fung drops three special flavors for Xiaolongbao Day 2023
Only for that week, you have the chance to try three new Asian-inspired flavors of xiao long bao. There’s the Kurobuta Pork Ramen Xiaolongbao with the rich flavors of what has been dubbed the “wagyu of pork” in Din Tai Fung’s signature plump soup dumpling. For actual beefy wagyu flavor though, you can go for the Wagyu Pho Xiaolongbao, with the almost fatty flavor of the beef broth tempered by lemongrass for that distinct sour-savory flavor of pho. And if you’re not afraid of treating yourself, get the Lobster Tom Yum Xiaolongbao, spicy and full of seafood goodness.

How to get Din Tai Fung Xiaolongbao special flavors:
All new xiao long bao flavors are available in three-piece and five-piece baskets—we advise to leave room for other Din Tai Fung signatures, too, like Sweet and Sour Pork (P315/solo, P570/sharing) and Salted Egg Yolk Squid (P465/solo, P865/sharing). The special flavors will only be available via dine-in. Oh, and make sure to run, not walk, because Xiaolongbao Day usually means long lines at Din Tai Fung!
