Typhoon Carina: Restaurants Offering Free Food

(SPOT.ph) In light of the onslaught of super typhoon Carina, a few restaurants have started giving free food and temporary shelter to those who are avoiding the heavy rains and floods across Metro Manila since yesterday, July 24. Those looking for a hot meal or drink can pop by these dining places to warm up as they brave the strong wind and rain. Stay safe, Spotters!

These are the restaurants offering shelter and food during super typhoon Carina

PARMIGIANO Ristorante

PARMIGIANO Ristorante Pizzeria is offering free coffee and focaccia bread to those who are stranded due to super typhoon Carina today, July 25. They are giving this away at all of their branches: Alabang West Parade in Las Piñas City, Newport Mall in Pasay City, Uptown Mall in Taguig City, and Gateway Mall 2 in Quezon City.

Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen

Mama Lou's is giving away free Zuppa di Maccheroni, a comforting macaroni soup like sopas, for those who are stranded due to weather conditions. This is being offered today, July 25, at the following branches: BF Homes, Alabang West Parade - Premio, and Evia Lifestyle Center in Las Piñas City, Madison Galeries in Muntinlupa City, Ayala Malls North Exchange in Makati City, and Venice Grand Canal Mall in Taguig City. 

It's also extended to their other branches outside Metro Manila namely: SM City Sto. Tomas in Batangas, SM City Clark in Pampanga, Ayala Malls Solenad in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and Silang, Cavite.
