Gordon Ramsay Is Opening Two New Restaurants in the PH This 2025

(SPOT.ph) Gordon Ramsay made a massive impact on the local food scene last year with the opening of his own Bar & Grill at Newport World Resorts. And it doesn't stop there—if you're a fan of the sought-after celebrity chef and his brand of continental eats, read up. Two more Gordon Ramsay restaurant concepts are set to open in the country this 2025, this time in Cebu!

Here's what we know so far about Gordon Ramsay's new restaurants in the Philippines:

Megaworld Corporation confirmed on Monday morning that two new Gordon Ramsay concepts will open at its Mactan Newtown development in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, by mid-year.

Unlike in Manila, Cebu will not have the Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill concept. Instead, it will have access to Ramsay's more casual concepts: Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips and Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay—the first outposts of each restaurant in Southeast Asia. 

Both Fish & Chips and Street Burger are casual dining joints, meaning you won't see elegantly plated meals served by waiters in penguin suits. Instead, both restaurants offer grab-and-go meals in a casual, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere while still adhering to Ramsay's exacting standards.

Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips first opened in 2016 at The LINQ Promenade in Las Vegas. It's known for taking the classic British street eat and giving it a Vegas twist (or in our case, a Cebuano twist). Aside from the crispy, golden cod paired with thick-cut fries, the menu also features fish, shrimp, and chicken sandwiches, as well as other quick bites. Be sure to try their Lobster & Shrimp, Dirty Chips, and handcrafted milkshakes as well.

Meanwhile, Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay is the chef's take on classic diner-style eats. Here you can grab sandwiches, burgers, desserts, and so much more in a vibrant, street-art-inspired space. Must-try items include the much-hyped Idiot Burger, the G.F.C. (Gordon’s Fried Chicken) Burger, and the O.G.R. Burger, along with other fan favorites such as Gordon's Sticky Toffee Pudding, which is also served at Bar and Grill in Manila.

Even if you're not usually in Cebu and will only head to the area for a taste of Ramsay's casual eats, fret not. You can hit up both spots in one visit. Once completed, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips and Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay will be located side by side at Mactan Newtown.
