10 Flavored Lattes You Have To Try
These milky treats are perfect for getting you out of that afternoon workday slump.
(SPOT.ph) Now that the madness of collecting coffee shop stickers is over (congratulations on your planner, by the way), you can finally allow yourself to visit other cafés again. Love kooky or fun coffees? Then check out these yummy lattes. A little sweet, a little bitter, they're perfect for any occasion.
Single Origin's Salted Caramel Latte (P175)
Salted caramel has been so overdone that, more often than not, we end up getting disappointed by half-assed salted caramel offerings. Single Origin’s Salted Caramel Latte, however, is a perfect ode to this flavor. Get this iced to really taste that legit salted caramel flavor on a glass with a salt-encrusted rim. It's a balance of salty and sweet. We would gladly skip a meal to make room for this baby on My Fitness Pal.
Single Origin is at Bonifacio High Street Central, Bonifacio Global City. Read more about Single Origin.
Mrs. Graham's Macaron Café's Butterbeer Latte (P120)
Of all the butterbeer interpretations we’ve tried, this, for us, nails what we always imagined butterbeer to taste like (many Potterheads would probably disagree, though). Buttery-smooth and sweet without being cloying, we would have this every day, if we owned a Marauder’s Map or a Firebolt that’ll help us escape Metro Manila traffic.
Mrs. Graham's Macaron Café is at 51C Scout Rallos Street, Quezon City. Read more about Mrs. Graham's Macaron Café.
Slice's Pinoy Choc-Nut (P154)
It’s a latte infused with Choc-Nut. Shut up. You had us at Choc-Nut.
Slice has branches at Bonifacio High Street Central, Bonifacio Global City; and SM Aura Premier, Bonifacio Global City. Read more about Slice.
Subspace's Purple Potato Latte (P125)
We’ll never tire of this classic yam and coffee blend. K-pop fans already have this drink as their staple; if you haven’t tried it yet, you must drop by Subspace soon and order a cuppa purple potato.
Subspace Coffee House is at 103 G/F Grand Emerald Tower, F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas, Pasig City.
La Crêperie's Café de Cuba (P115)
This sweet treat uses condensed milk instead of whole milk. The final flavor is akin to yema or pastillas and it will have sweet tooths happily sipping.

Kissako's Choco-Hojicha Latte (P160)
If you love chocolate with green tea, then you’ve met your match in Kissako’s Choco-Hojicha Latte. Their latte pairs dark chocolate with matcha for a deeper flavor that goes well with the roasted notes of their green tea.
Kissako is at Pioneer Center, Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City. Read more about Kissako.
The Bunny Baker's Speculoos Latte (P150)
We haven’t met a cookie-butter anything we didn’t like, and The Bunny Baker’s Speculoos Latte is no different. The smooth ginger-y sweetness of cookie butter balances the bite of coffee very well.
The Bunny Baker is at 301 Hemady Square, E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue corner Doña Hemady Street, Quezon City. Read more about The Bunny Baker.
Earth Kitchen's Malunggay Latte (P100)
Malunggay and milk? Before you turn your back and say, "No, thanks," this earthy, slightly spicy concoction by Earth Kitchen is actually a brilliant way for you to increase your intake of greens without making you feel like a rabbit. Trust us, try it and you’ll love it.
Earth Kitchen is at White Plains Avenue, Quezon City; and Bonifacio High Street Central, Bonifacio Global City. Read more about Earth Kitchen.
The Sweet Spot's Black Forest Latte (P145)
This latte manages to magically infuse coffee with the cherry sweetness of a black forest cake. Have your cake, and drink it too. It's like an entire afternoon meal in one.
The Sweet Spot is at G/F Maginhawa Building, 189 Maginhawa Street, Quezon City.
Chocolate Chip Latte (P140) from Scout's Honor
Scout’s Honor is known for its delectable cookies. While the traditional partner beverage of cookies is milk, you can switch it out with coffee for a more grown-up feel. Scout’s Honor’s rich and creamy Chocolate Chip Latte is peppered with chocolate chip cookie bits and topped with a mini cookie—it’s cookies and milk with a caffeinated kick. Unlike other dessert-like coffee drinks, the cookie component does not overpower the coffee, you still taste the richness of their brew, and you won’t feel like you’re chugging down pure sugar with a hint of java. It's a marriage of your childhood love and your adult obsession.
Scout's Honor is at Hole in The Wall, Century City Mall, Makati City. Read more about Scout's Honor.
