(SPOT.ph) Chocolate lovers, here's one holiday you shouldn't miss: July 7 is World Chocolate Day and homegrown chocolate brand Auro Chocolate is celebrating in a big way. From July 5 to 7, they're hosting the World Chocolate Fair with S Maison at the Conrad, bringing together some of their partners like Poison Doughnuts, Le Sucre Lab, Half Saints, and more to create exclusive dishes using Auro Chocolate.
"When we started planning this, we thought of the brands that we currently already have a partnership with," shares Auro Chocolate owner Mark Ocampo. "This event really is to celebrate our partners. Our only guideline for them was to use the chocolate. But we did a tasting to see how everyone could improve. So ultimately, this is a collaboration."

The S Maison x Auro Chocolate World Chocolate Fair is at The Main Atrium, G/F S Maison at the Conrad, Pasay City. It's from July 5 to 7, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
