Black Scoop Café has become popular for its out-of-the-box soft serve flavors. While they started with Milk Tea and Mascarpone soft serve, one of their most popular flavors—which they still offer until now—is their White Rabbit Soft Serve. Black Scoop Café blends the candy with their creamy soft serve to create the familiar, milky flavor. You can get the flavor in an Activated Charcoal waffle cone, too.
