(SPOT.ph) While jokes about millennials and their love for avocado toast has been run to the ground by American publications, it isn't something you'll commonly hear about locally. After all, a lot of us still think of avocado as a sweet treat.Whether you are from that camp or actually do enjoy avocado toasts, you have to check out Bun Appetit's version, which they've upgraded with—what else but—lobster. The Lobster Avocado Toast (P695) will only be available tomorrow, September 25 (though owner Lawrence Cua shares that it'll be an off-menu item afterward).

The toast starts with a base of sourdough bread from Panaderya Toyo. This slice is then topped with sliced smoked avocado, lobster chunks, chili flakes, lemon, butter, and alfalfa sprouts. While avocado toast is usually a breakfast dish, you can have this any time of the day tomorrow until closing time.Â
Bun Appetit is at The Grid, Level R2, Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati City.
