Spicy Food Lovers, You'll Want to Try This New Noodle Dish From Bad Bird

It'll go perfectly with their chicken!

(SPOT.ph) Noodle dishes are great on their own, but—as with many other eats—they’re even better with some heat. If the thought of spicy noodles gets your mouth watering, you’re in for a treat because Bad Bird’s introducing another variant to their noodle lineup: the Signature Tantanmen (P310). Made with their in-house chili paste and roasted tahini, it has a nutty flavor with a good dose of heat that's perfect for the summer season. Bad Bird will be offering this dish starting next week—we'll keep you posted once it's available!


Bad Bird is a homegrown restaurant primarily known for their Umami Fried Chicken, which placed second in our 2016 Top 10 Fried Chicken in Manila list and can be had in three spice levels: safe, spicy, and chemical. Though they began as a stall at food hall Hole in the Wall, they’ve since opened other standalone branches around the Metro that let even more people get a taste of their Asian-influenced eats.
