Missing 12/10? You Can Catch Them Once Again for Two Nights Only
Mark your calendars!
(SPOT.ph) It was a sad day for the local dining scene as 12/10 announced that they would be closing "for hibernation" in 2020. The local eatery was famed for its ingenious savory eats (many inspired by Japanese izakaya fare) and out-of-the-box libations, which could be savored in their small yet cozy space in Makati. For now they remain closed, but you do have a chance to get a taste of some of their signatures in the coming weeks. Yup, 12/10 will be taking over Japanese spot Kazunori in Makati on two very special nights in December!
Don't miss 12/10's special dinner at Kazunori on these dates:
12/10 will be at Kazunori on December 7 and 14, with a fixed 11-course menu that includes some of the staple dishes they've come up with over the years, as well as new dishes that'll open your eyes to just how clever and inventive their team can be. It'll also include a beverage pairing for the full experience! Though the exact menu has not yet come out as of writing, 12/10 describes it to be a "seafood and vegetable forward progression" with sashimi, meat, eggs, dairy, soy, nuts, and gluten. Meanwhile, the beverage pairing will include a welcome highball as well as a sake and wine flight.
Seats are limited and go for P5,500 a head, with a reservation deposit of P1,500 to secure your seat. Drooling yet? You'll be able to place reservations once 12/10 posts the booking link at 8 p.m. on November 28—definitely set your alarms and keep your eyes on their social media pages.
12/10 was established in 2014 by Gab Bustos and Thea de Rivera, who are also behind another restaurant, The Girl + The Bull. Formerly located along Guijo street in Makati, they served hip and modern takes on izakaya eats and equally great drinks to match.
