(SPOT.ph) If there's any local establishment that's come to be a testament to lasting power, it's Cibo—the Margarita Fores-helmed Italian dining spot that first opened in 1997. They've since become a go-to for simple but stellar pasta, pizza, and other casual Italian fare that you can bank on to be consistently good—and if their celebrating their 25th year is any indication (or if you've ordered anytime recently!) this holds true to this day. While you can catch them at any of their branches around Metro Manila, there's also a distinct draw to getting your fix from a roving food truck and noshing on your orders in an outdoor setting. You'll be able to do that with your Cibo go-to's soon as they're firing up their food truck in selected spots—as of writing they're in Glorietta in Makati, and will soon be hitting up Quezon City!

At the moment Cibo's food truck is at Glorietta 4's Dophin Garden Courtyard—yup, that's the open area in that section of the mall. In the North? Mark your calendars as you'll also be able to catch Cibo's food truck at UP Town Center soon, though Cibo shares that the "dates are in flux" for now. Either way, you'll want to keep an eye out for this truck:
Food-wise, you can bet there'll be plenty of Italian bites to go around. The food truck will be serving a number of Cibo signatures, including the Penne al Telefono, Spinach Dip, Iced Tea, and more—as well as Italian street food-inspired bites that include Risotto Balls, Beef Tenderloin on a Stick, and Neapolitan Fried Pizza.

UPDATE (August 22, 3:19 p.m.): Another representative of Cibo has reached out to clarify that the Tiramisu won't be on the food truck menu. It was also clarified that the dates for the UP Town Center pop-up is still in flux, and that the potential Vertis North location has not yet been confirmed.
