(SPOT.ph) Come Christmas time, we get to see the especially majestic side of the Metro. This is thanks in no small part to the lights you'll find illuminating the city—which, in tandem with the 'Ber month chill, add to the season's festive feel. McDonald's recently joined in the fun as they lit up eight of their stores around Manila—and the SPOT.ph team had the pleasure of attending the launch event recently held at UN Del Pilar.

Watch as McDonald's lit up this branch in Manila:
The McDonald's Store Light Show media launch had us celebrating all things cheery with fun booths (including a pingpong table!) and games we couldn't help but snap photos and videos of. The fast-food chain also introduced their holiday specials, which include the McCrispy Hamonado Sandwich, two new McFlurry flavors (Coffee Caramel and Speculoos), and the Speculoos Cookie Frappe.
It didn't take long before we got to the (literal) highlight of the night, when McDonald's lit up a grand display of Christmas decor at the UN Del Pilar branch. Soon they'll also be turning up the lights at seven other stores in and around Manila—just some of these branches are those in Tagaytay-Calamba road in Cavite, Savano Park in Bulacan, and San Fernando Junction in Pampanga.
