(SPOT.ph) In August, we spotted a board up in Capitol Commons for Yushoken Ramen. A lot of Spotters were excited at the idea of having the ramen spot in a more accessible location given that Yushoken only has branches in Alabang and Cebu. Well, good news, ramen lovers, the wait is over. Yushoken Ramen's Capitol Commons branch is now open.

Check out Yushoken Ramen's Latest Branch in Metro Manila:
In a recent post on social media, Yushoken announced that their Capitol Commons branch in the Imperium Condominium is open just in time for Christmas. This new location is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., but the store hours may vary depending on Estancia's mall hours.
The video also teased parts of the 60-seater restaurant. It has the same modern minimalist yet functional Japanese interiors that have become a staple for Nippon Hasha Group restaurants.
Unlike its sister restos which are known for their ramen bar setups, Yushoken has both kitchen bar seating and table seating for larger groups.
In terms of the food, ramen aficionados will be glad to know there is a branch-exclusive bowl for Yushoken Ortigas. Yup, aside from the usual Shio, Shoyu, and Tantanmen bowls, a special Green Curry Tantanmen will be available only at this specific location. But of course, since this is Yushoken, fans mustn't sleep on the karaage and chahan dishes as well.
Excited to try these dishes? Check out the video below to get hyped about the latest Nippon Hasha spot in the Metro:
Ramen Yushoken Ortigas is at Imperium Retail Row, Capitol Commons, Pasig City. They are open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (subject to changes depending on Estancia's operating hours). For more information, visit Ramen Yushoken's Facebook page.
