(SPOT.ph) It would be a dream to see your K-Drama faves in one project, and it seems Hotel Del Luna's IU and Itaewon Class's Park Seo Joon heard you, because they're set to star in a film titled—you guessed it—Dream. There are no trailers and photos just yet, but you'll be happy to know that IU confirmed on April 13 that they would start filming for Dream in May.
The singer-actress talked about it on KBS Cool FM's Music Plaza, hosted by Apink member Jung Eun Ji. As translated by Soompi, she said that she has met the cast and that they are "going to start filming in May." She even likened her character in the film to Eun Ji, with whom IU has been friends with for eight years.
Dream tells the story of passionate individuals trying out for the Homeless World Cup, and international football event. Football star Yoon Dong Hae (Seo Joon) imparts techniques and skills to the team while he's on probation following an unexpected incident. Lee Byung Hun, who has worked on Be Melodramatic and Extreme Job, will direct the film.
