(SPOT.ph) We knew we were in for one hell of an emotional weekend when Noah Schnapp, the 17-year-old actor who portrays Will Byers on Stranger Things, tweeted "I’m not ready to see the worlds reaction to a certain death…" less than an hour after Netflix dropped the nearly four-hour-long second volume of Stranger Things 4. A strategic marketing move, as Volume Two played up the nail-biting intensity of having literally every character in danger of meeting their untimely demise (well, except maybe Millie Bobby Brown's Eleven, because duh).
If you've binged all four hours of the finale, then you know the Duffer Brothers, the series' creators, deliver on Schnapp's tease, and then some. With Vecna (Jamie Campell Bower) taking out this season's newcomers Eddie (Joseph Quinn) and Jason (Mason Dye), as well as brutally leaving Max (Sadie Sink) in a coma (essentially braindead, by the looks of it), you already know engaged fans took to Twitter to share in their grief, among many other (stranger) things.
