And while you're at it, how about a talent portion focusing around—yup, you guessed it—even more banana leaves. Well, you don't have to force a mental image of it anymore, thanks to a recent series of videos by online personality Joyce Glorioso, a.k.a. "Banana Queen."

The content creator, popular for her dancing videos and strange penchant for always having huge amounts of bananas in her vids, has been dropping hilarious skits of her in the Miss Universe pageant. Her main twist? Banana leaves. She most recently posted a "talent portion" video on Twitter on September 23. TBH, her dancing to Angeline Quinto's "Piliin Mo Ang Pilipinas" in a bright green curtain with banana leaves, kakanin, and then actual bananas is really something we can see happening on the actual stage.

All the craziness began when Glorioso posted a fierce dance with two banana leaves on Twitter on September 15—set to Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's controversial "WAP" no less. The Internet promptly lost it at the way she shook those leaves, literally. Glorioso even tagged our two most recent Miss Universe queens, Catriona Gray and Pia Wurtzbach, saying the banana leaves performance should be the way our national costumes are presented.
