(SPOT.ph) Karen Davila's wholesome high-energy reaction during an interview with The Voice Kids' winner Lyca Gairanod has everyone amused—including the veteran journalist herself, even! A clip of Davila asking Gairanod when her birthday is, and then instantly being overjoyed at finding out they have the same one, went around social media today, August 16. And seeing the journalist practically jump for joy—combined with Gairanod's hilariously confused expression—is an instant bringer of good vibes.

Davila was interviewing Gairanod near the former's home when she asked about her birthday. "November 21" said the singer—which had Davila going "Oh my god!" and more. Gairanod's shocked-slash-confused expression lasted a second before joining Davila in happily freaking out.

The journalist then continued, saying, "We are meant to meet!" and noting that the two of them are Scorpios. Yup, she slid in the stars. "How many people, ang makaka-tsamba mo, iniinterview ka, ka-birthday mo!" Gairanod even cheekily extracted a promise that the journalist would be in charge of their joint celebration for their next birthday. "Set in stone!" replied Davila.

Unsurprisingly, Davila's energetic and wholesome reaction had people reacting—and so did Gairanod's shock. The two were a trending topic on Twitter where folks were declaring it a new meme. And to certify the proclamation, even meme queen Maris Racal has already posted her contribution and Davila herself has reacted. Check out the most hilarious reactions below.
